Rooted and Regulated: A Nervous System Reset Program This program helps regulate your nervous system so you can begin to heal from MCAS, POTS, CFS, Lyme disease, Lupus, and other immune-related disorders. This eight-week journey is designed to help you calm, regulate, and restore balance to your body. Through micro-moments of safety, vagal toning, meditation, movement, and thought pattern shifts, you’ll retrain your body and mind to move from survival into healing. Together we’ll use body-up and brain-down practices to create lasting regulation, joy, and resilience. In Week 1, we focus on simply being—releasing identification with illness, letting go of constant symptom monitoring, pausing often, and practicing sensing rather than overthinking. Week 2 is about acceptance and surrender—softening resistance to what is, creating safety in the present moment, and loosening the grip of obsessing over symptom management so you can step into greater freedom. By Week 3, we turn to gratitude, embodying a new energy that shifts how we experience daily life. Week 4 brings attention to self-care and compassion, addressing how dysregulation distorts the way we see ourselves. In Week 5, we move into mindful eating and fasting practices, supporting gut health—the body’s second brain—closely linked to nervous system function. Week 6 takes us into inner child work, exploring and softening self-critical thoughts that weigh heavily on both body and mind. By Week 7, the focus turns to healing thought patterns and releasing distorted thinking, replacing them with safety, love, and supportive inner messages. Finally, in Week 8, we explore co-regulation with others, practicing how to handle triggers and create social safety so we no longer default into fight-or-flight. By weaving these practices together, Rooted and Regulated supports you in calming your system, reconnecting with yourself, and allowing your body to step into true healing.
